Rev. Tiffany Sturdivant
Associate Minister, Music Ministry Director, and Chair of the Women’s Ministry at Springfield Baptist Church
Lady Tiffany Byrd Sturdivant is a woman of deep faith who finds her guiding light in the wisdom of Proverbs 31:30.
A native of Gibsonville, NC, she began her journey of service at Faith Baptist Church and later graduated magna cum laude from North Carolina A&T State University. She was licensed to preach in 2001 at Bethel Baptist Church and was humbly ordained as an elder in 2017 through the Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Association. Throughout a career spanning the banking and biotechnology sectors, Tiffany has sought to serve as a bridge for others, specializing in the empowerment of underrepresented talent.
As an inclusion and emotional wellness coach, she focuses on creating safe spaces where individuals can navigate organizational complexities and discover their inherent value. To better support those she leads, she has pursued growth as a Certified Leadership Coach and maintains certifications in MBTI and EQ-i 2.0 to foster healthier, more empathetic relationships.
A proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Tiffany carries a heart for community and sisterhood into all her endeavors. She currently serves as the Board Chair for the Raleigh Youth Choir and as the Chair for the Women’s Ministry at Springfield Baptist Church.
Whether she is advocating for the joy of music or speaking to a small group, her desire is simply to help others live out their God-given purpose. She finds her greatest joy at home as the devoted wife of Pastor Kevin D. Sturdivant and the mother of Khara, Joshua, and Kristofer.
