Floreciendo Juntas
¡Algo hermoso está creciendo entre las mujeres latinas en el ministerio en Norte Carolina!
En los últimos meses, un grupo central de mujeres latinas en el ministerio se ha estado reuniendo para compartir sus historias, fomentar relaciones y mantener conversaciones sinceras sobre lo que necesitan para seguir fielmente el llamado de Dios en sus vidas. Han conversado de las alegrías y los desafíos únicos que enfrentan, la importancia de ser escuchadas y apoyadas, y sus deseos de crear una comunidad donde las mujeres latinas en el ministerio puedan prosperar.
¡Partiendo de estas conversaciones, está tomando forma Floreciendo Juntas!
Sabemos que el ministerio no está diseñado para realizarse en aisladamente. Todas necesitamos espacios donde nuestras voces serán escuchadas, nuestras experiencias serán valoradas y nuestro llamado sea celebrado. Para las mujeres latinas, esto también significa contar con un espacio donde puedan conectar en su propio idioma, compartir sus vivencias únicas y animarse mutuamente a lo largo del camino.
Floreciendo Juntas busca crear precisamente esa clase de comunidad: un lugar donde las amistades se profundizan, los dones florecen y las mujeres encuentran fortaleza unas en otras mientras viven el llamado de Dios.
En Baptist Women in Ministry of North Carolina (BWIMNC), nuestra misión es contar historias, abrir puertas y construir comunidad. Lo que más me entusiasma de Floreciendo Juntas es que surge de las voces y los sueños de las propias mujeres. Estamos escuchando, aprendiendo y caminando junto a ellas mientras algo hermoso echa raíces.

Floreciendo Juntas: Flourishing Together
Something beautiful is growing among Latina women in ministry in North Carolina!
For the past several months, a core group of Latina women in ministry has been gathering to share their stories, build relationships, and have honest conversations about what they need to faithfully follow God's call in their lives. They have talked about the unique joys and challenges they face, the importance of being heard and supported, and their desire to create a community where Latina women in ministry can thrive.
Out of these conversations, Floreciendo Juntas—Flourishing Together—is taking shape!
We know that ministry is not meant to be done alone. We all need spaces where our voices are heard, our experiences are valued, and our calling is celebrated. For Latina women, that also means having a space where they can connect in their own language, share their unique experiences, and encourage one another along the journey.
Floreciendo Juntas is about creating just such a community—a place where friendships deepen, gifts flourish, and women find strength in one another as they live into God's call.
At Baptist Women in Ministry of North Carolina, our mission is to tell stories, open doors, and build community. What excites me most about Floreciendo Juntas is that it is growing out of the voices and dreams of the women themselves. We are listening, learning, and walking alongside them as something beautiful takes root.
